Your Amazing Creations (Intellectual Property)

  • Your Input, Your Output: Generally, you own the content you create using Digital AI Art, including the prompts you provide and the images our AI generates for you. We don't claim ownership over your creative outputs.
  • Our Tools, Our IP: Digital AI Art, the website itself, our underlying technology, algorithms, models, trademarks, logos, and all related intellectual property are and will remain the exclusive property of Digital AI Art. You don't get any rights to our platform itself, only the right to use it to create.
  • A Small License for Us: To operate our service and improve it, you grant Digital AI Art a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your generated content solely for the purpose of running, improving, and promoting our services. For example, we might display your creations in a gallery (with your permission, if featured) or use them to help train our AI models for better future results (anonymously, where possible).

Our "As Is" Promise (Limitation of Liability)

We work hard to make Digital AI Art awesome, but like all technology, it's not perfect.

  • Limited Responsibility: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital AI Art and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (c) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content. Our maximum liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us for the service during the three (3) month period prior to any cause of action arising.

Time to Say Goodbye (Termination)

  • By You: You're free to stop using Digital AI Art at any time. If you wish to delete your account, please contact us at [email protected].
  • By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. We can also terminate services if we decide to discontinue offering them. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
